Water Damage – Marina Del Ray Home

Water damage at this Marina Del Ray home resulted when a pipe within the walls of a closet burst. The before photo shows the shows the extent of the water soaked carpeting. The interior of the wall also had absorbed a considerable amount of moisture and would need to be dried. If the moisture tests showed too much absorption, we would remove the carpeting so the subflooring could be properly dried. Sections of drywall would then be removed so we could efficiently dry between the walls where the pipe had burst.
