The commercial grade vinyl tiles survived the water intrusion; but not the drywall and baseboards. We extracted the water, gutted the lower four feet of sheetrock, and then dried out the wetted area with our top of the line equipment. After removing the air movers and dehumidifiers, we sprayed an antimicrobial agent on the exposed areas and then returned to install new drywall panels. Done right, the first time by SERVPRO.
